Toolbar does not use system colors for button background

Description
The background of icons in the folder toolbar is painted in the OS/2 default grey color. Ideally, this should be the same as the rest of the toolbar. Please see the attached screenshot.

Changed toolbar button painting to use the same color as the launcharea of the toolbar. FYI the color is the systems dialog background color.
Fix will be available in V0.6.1a2 or above.
