OS2CSM uses inconsistent LANG abbreviations (JP, SP)

Description
While os2csm_d.pas defines a constant for ES, the pathname actually points to sp\os2csmr.bin (etc.), creating an inconsistency in otherwise uniformly-named NLS directories.
Further, JA is routinely referenced as JP, which is non-standard.
Some of this afflicts memdisk, as well (JP vs JA), I think (I'll need to look more closely to be sure).
