Virtualbox.exe is a VIO executable instead of a PM one and it misses an icon

It has its reasons, because I need to see the debug messages to the stdout. Also, no problem here as an icon always lies in the same dir as the executable. Silvan, though, wants to change this, though it is like this since old VBox port, and noone sees problems here.
