Description
Now the shared clipboard host-side code is not implemented. So, implement the OS/2-specific host-side code.

The shared clipboard DLL is now partly implemented (converted from windows DLL). It loads successfully, the tstClipboardServiceHost.exe test passes successfully, but copying still does not work. The work is in progress.
The code is did not committed, yet.
