The SDL frontend is mainly, working now. The mouse integration code is added.

SDL frontend is working almost out of the box, only mouse integration code was required to made it as it should be. Also, close work with Digi for fixing SDL bugs in newer SDL versions, was carried out. Now SDL 1.2.15 with VMan backend and many other enhancements is released. It seems, all required is done ATM. So, I close this ticket for now.
