Consider ethernet class driver to support modern USB ethernet adapters

Description
Drivers are needed for these devices. Apparently, some units with decent chipsets (for Linux, at least) are based on Ralink 3070, Atheros AR9271, and Realtek 8187. One or more of these would be useful.
It is unknown to me how many of these devices are USB 2.0 vs 3.0, at this point.
