Sound never worked on eCS with this PCChips KM266 board. Tried uniaud 2002 version, VIA82xx single driver and now uniaud 1.14. On-board Via8233 sound works with Knoppix.

As far as I can see, this bug/logs is for Via 8235. What has the Creative got to do with it ? If this is another PCI card, please create a separate ticket for this
I doesn't look like Via 8235 was ever supported by UNIAUD, but it will be on list now for the future.
The LIBC06 missing to run unimix can be found at:

I am trying to get either the on-motherboard Via sound to work or the Audigy EMU10K2 PCI sound card to work with eCS OS/2. This PC has both. Knoppix detects both, but now uses only the Audigy sound. Is there a /C:..... parm on the uniaud32 driver for the EMU10K2 chip, and what is it?

The logs show both the Via and the Audigy cards. There are other tickets for Audigy already. Let's limit the scope of this one to the Via.
