ATI IXP 150 AC'97 (1002:4341) - no codec detected

Description

When Uniaud32.sys loads, it gives this error: 

ERROR: Initialization failed
<3>atiixp: codec reset timeout
                              <3> aiixp: no codec detected!

However, this happens most of the time. 1 out of every 20-30 boots, it loads and works perfectly. There does not seem to be any pattern; it is as random as dice.

Paul's 1.0.17-20080716 build worked four boots in a row. I'll keep using it, and keep my fingers crossed.
