Description
While investigating problems with ndpsmb/Samba in MDOS boxes, I found out that renaming a file or directory is not possible, if the resulting name only has a different case than the original one.
Example:
ren Testfile TESTFILE
produces RC = 1 and an error message:
The file exists.
