Description
This seems to have been a holdover from LPR32 (where it also actually did nothing, but at least there it could've in theory, given that lpr(32).exe has a switch for this; smbspool does not.
Looking at the code, you'll notice that the checkbox isn't actually referred to anywhere (beyond one line setting it to checked by default when the properties dialog initializes).
