Add samba\private to list of directories created at client GUI init

Description
cltinit.vrs ensures that several critical directories exist at client startup, including %ETC%\samba, %ETC%\samba\pid, and %ETC%\samba\lock. For Samba 4, we need to add %ETC%\samba\private to this list to avoid a startup error when we need to create msg.sock.

This directory is created by the Arca Noae samba-client rpm. When we package samba-server, that, too, will ensure the samba\private tree exists. This shouldn't be a GUI client installer responsibility.
