sscc is missing descriptive names for its tabs; tooltips would be helpful, as well

Description
Numbered tabs are just not very helpful, especially in expert mode (I'm something oif an "expert" but being an expert won't help me find the tab I need - I'm not an "sscc" expert. ;-)

Samba is a moving target. The sheer number of configurable options make a number of pages with proper titles on the tabs simply impossible with the given man power.
It was planned this way, however I had to accept somewhere between 3.0 and 3.3 that this was just too much work...
