NLV Setup Error in Samba Status Monitor

Description
The Samba Status Monitor produces a pop up error. A window pops up titled "NLV Setup Error" and says "Could not find a valid language file!". Clicking OK causes the Samba Status Monitor to open anyway. This problem also existed in the previous version I had installed.
