Can't Start Samba Server

I've been using the SAMBA server 1.2 beta for over a year with no trouble. I recently had to reboot the server for an unrelated reason (been many months since the last reboot) and now the SAMBA server will not start. When attempting from the command line I get:

[C:\programs\samba]smb start

512 +++ GLOBAL.idmap_config_ * _!_backend = 'tdb';

REX0041: Error 41 running C:\programs\samba\smb.cmd, line 512: Bad arithmetic conversion

512 +++ Interpret istr; 302 +++ Call LoadSmbConf?;

29 +++ Call _SambaGetProperties;

Any idea why? I do use YUM to keep up to date.

Nevermind... something wrong with my smb.conf. I replaced with a backup and all is well...
