Wiki page section regarding clients which are Netdrive vs EVFS "based" is unnecessarily confusing

Description
Both the "Netdrive based" and "EVFS based" links point to the same files. This can cause unnecessary confusion for the uninitiated user who just wants to upgrade his plugin.
Suggest combining the two sections into one, with notes for each of the two frameworks.

FWIW, there was a typo in the url for the beta 3 plugin packages. I corrected this.
