Description
During experiments with tdbtool (we need to create unexpected.tdb for the Samba Client), I noticed that tdbtool.exe crashes in libc064x.dll when running
{ tdbtool test.tdb create }
when test.tdb does not exist.

fixed in r356 but i'm not sure if this fix is 100% right. more testing needed
