    11I can reproduce the issue every time I upgrade, and correct every time I downgrade.

    3 I started with a clean bootstrap from 2017-09, which included 5.2-2. This was working. I then upgraded to 5.2-3, and the problem presented itself.

    55I'll try starting from the same bootstrap and reinstalling all packages before upgrade.
