Description
change compiler from vac to gcc, as vac is really old now ad when odin is used as sdk it's hard to build with vac.

It's not really that independent, see #19. Closing this one in favor of it since there is an important description over there.

Odin SDK is compiler independent, since it is made of headers and libraries.
