When going back to previously viewed page, where previous view was a footnote, title text is lost

Clicking a hyperlink in a footnote which takes the user to a different page and subsequently clicking the Back button returns to the previous page with the footnote window open and focused. (This is a feature of NewView, as IBM's View only returns to the page itself, without the footnote open.)

However, the text which previously appeared in the window title of the footnote is replaced with:

(No title)

which seems oddly disconnected from the underlying text referencing the footnote (and such text is likely obscured by the footnote window).
