Description
E.g. popup a MsgBox? instead of a hint on the message line.
Applies for:
- after moved user files by the installation, maybe combined with opening the INF file
- after checked mode files
- after creating a new user file copied from the netlabs dir.
Additionally:
- improve text in recompile.log
- ask to add a file to myexfiles.lst automatically.

Fixed by changesets r2514, r2515, r2517 and r2518, except
which is hard to implement, because user .e files may be included by others instead of being separately compiled.
