Moved doc bug from beta to 2.0. That should help to get it out with 2.0 beta
at least for those people that don't need/read docs. (I changed my mind due
to the spare time.)

From v. 1.00, I remember that people have problems to find the relevant info within the many help files. Sure, I never liked that either.
Replacing all help files with our own ones is much work. I plan to document the configuration at first. After that, the contents of the other help files could be moved into the NEPMD help files. NewView and Hypertext/2 should be good tools for that.
Moreover, the Help submenu needs improvement. There are about 3 times too many items.
