Description
I just installed R8110 beta 2 driver, and now networking is not working. the driver seems to load correctly, but LANTRAN.LOG reports
IBM OS/2 LANMSGDD [05/21/04] 6.00 is loaded and operational.
IBM OS/2 LAN Netbind
PRO0021: A general failure occurred when the program tried to bind TCPIP_NIF to R8110_NIF.
My protocol.ini uses minimal entry for r8110
[R8110_nif]
DriverName? = R8110$
I tried also with suggested settings for beta1, but still same problem.
Please adjust trac component and version, I can't set R8110 and 0.1.2

I have similar results for beta 2. My system has a FoxConn? G41AP motherboard with a Realtek 8111DL gigabit ethernet. This does work with the RTL8169 MAC driver supplied with eCS 2.0, but the MAC address needs to be set manually with the NETADDRESS keyword.
The MAC address with beta 2 is 0.

Wrong component(driver) was selected. Fixed as suggested however min version number can be set to 0.1.4 only.

The R8110 driver has been replaced by the R8169 driver. Please read the wiki for the reasons why: http://svn.ecomstation.nl/multimac/wiki Please try the R8169 driver.
I see the same error on a new motherboard.
The previous February beta won't load on this system due to an IRQ error.
With the beta 2 driver, I get the same error as Yuri.
