Description
On new laptop, it hangs 4ever when loading NETBIND.EXE
after R8169 is installed.

Please try the 0.3.1 version that was just released.

Can't change version in ticket to 0.3.1
Finally had time to test 0.3.1
First boot was different - instead of hanging, it now
reset the PC at about the time when PMSHELL started.
On the following restart, I pressed F2 to see loaded drivers;
but this time it booted all way.
Reporting now, directly from this laptop.
This is however a short test - I will dig further into it
in the coming days, to see if it is reliable.
the new ID util says: Found Realtek NIC at bus 3:0:2: 10EC:8168 version 37 (RTL8411)

It is a bit hard to gather any logs for such a case;
but attached output from PCI.EXE
