Not possible to change MAC address

Description
All other OS/2 NIC drivers have the possibility to
set the MAC address to something different of own choice.
This feature is missing from this driver.
Please add it.
It is also missing in e1000e driver.

I tried the new NETADDRESS support for NVETH driver; but it does not work correctly.
Adding this to PROTOCOL.INI:
NETADDRESS = "000000000444"
Results in this output from netstat -n :
