Update WarpIN install file

Description

I have extracted and updated the WarpIN install file to provide for NLV support in the WarpIN and offer the user the option of making Lucide the default for PDF files. It does not quite work correctly in that it does not seem to be able to delete the entries for PMWP_ASSOC_FILTER and PMWP_ASSOC_TYPE in OS2.INI, and I cannot figure out why.

Will do some more testing and debugging.

(In [141]) Warpin script fixed and works now, default associations works also (closes #74, #79)
