GBM plugin fails for JPEG images

Description
For the most recent release of Heiko Nitzsche's GBM plugin, lugbm.dll (18-Jul-2006), JPEG files crash Lucide (lujpeg.dll is not loaded). Other formats tested, BMP/PNG/TIFF, are okay.
I can provide a crash dump on demand.

You're most probably still using GBM.DLL version 1.41.
As noted in the docs, please upgrade to 1.42. Version 1.41 contains a compiler issue I found a bit later.

Yes, that was it. Is there some reason why I have to reboot after updating GBM?

Not unless another program is still using gbm.dll. But in this case you wouldn't have been easily able to override it with the new file.
Anyway. It works and that's the important point.
