Description
I noticed that Document Info currently (1.4.0) contains:
Document Format Author Creator Producer Created
I'm thinking that the size of the file would be a good addition, at least.

We should support as much metadata as the standard allows, including keywords, and author/creator identification, as well as basic file data (date created, date modified, size on disk), and perhaps (new ticket?) add a Security Info box - or make the Document Info box tabbed - to add permissions to the file (and I need to refresh my recollection as to what Poppler allows in terms of security restrictions, but we can at least report the method used to create security: password, certificate, etc.).
