Description
Booklet and 4-up printing would be convenient, as would be flip-book (top/bottom with binding in the middle). Ideally, a graphical representation of the page layout (vs a page preview) would accompany this feature. This should be added as a separate menu item on the Document (or File, IMO) menu, as Page setup.
