Description
In the plugin-list supported extensions are listed als follows:

- JPG;JPEG;JPE
Currently the warpin script only makes associatins for *.PDF and *.DJVU. I think the other extensions should also be associated.

I'm not sure if it's a good idea to associate Lucide with .JPG by default -- this plugin is there just for fun and there are more comfort means for that (like PMView).
A correct solution would be to let the user select which associations he wants to make but that's not currently possible with WarpIn.
Another option (and the one I think we should go) is to move the association setup from the installer to the program itself (where we can use a regular dialog) but this is not too trivial and requires a small bit of work.

This is how it is done e.g. by PMView. At the end of the WarpIN an external program is launched (MAKEDEFV.EXE) where the associations can be set.
Associations should depend on selected plugins during installation. Please add *DJVU *DJV etc. This should work in eCS 2.
Please also add AssocTypes: DJVU, PDF, Acrobat Document, MMJPG, JPG (or whatever classes exist.)
