date/time should be preserved when updating EA

Description
When adding the thumbnail EA to a PDF file, the date/time should not be modified. Currently, the PDF file's date/time is updated to the current time; it should be reset to the original timestamp when only the EA is changed.
Version set to 1.0 since there isn't an RC1 selection yet.
