Description
GNU make is GPLv3, so it's probably simplest just to switch as well.

Will switch all GPLv2 sources. The kBuild scripts will remain under the current license (GPLv2 (or later) w/ exception). SED will remain GPLv2 until it's updated the next time (startuphacks-win.c too). ash, kash and fastdep are not (entirely) GPL or not in use, only makefiles will be changed to GPLv3.
