RMB can't be used to resize windows

Description
It is standard in OS/2 to use RMB for drag and resize operations,
but RMB doesn't work for this in GUI apps.
(It works with LMB - but we do not want that on OS/2)
Simple testcase is the included demo Font2DTest.

This is really minor. And should be addressed to Odin most likely.
