Can't build openjdk6

Description

Per the Summary, I can't get openjdk6 to build locally. I believe I've setup my environment using the supplied env.cmd, but the build hangs very early on at:
build-bootstrap-javac:

[javac] Compiling 8 source files to U:\DEV\java-netlabs\trunk\openjdk\build\os2-i586\langtools\build\bootstrap\classes

I've attached a build.log to the ticket
