An option to temporarily unset TZ during a zip operation might be useful

Description
The zip utility has a somewhat confusing feature in that it will offset the displayed timestamps by the local TZ value if TZ was set when the archive was created.
It might be useful to support the option to unset TZ during zip operations. This way the displayed dates will remain constant globally.
