CFGMGR bug in its "add support for Unzip v6" code

Description

CFGMGR does not handle the following situation well: 1) An archiver BB2 backup file exists; and 2) Unzip v6 support is not found in ARCHIVER.BB2; and 3) CFGMGR is run in unattended mode. CFGMGR tries to interact (when it shouldn't) causing the Warpin installation to hang. And the text it uses to interact is poorly worded.
