make EA Viewer more stand-alone useful

Description

If the EA Viewer (which is really an EA editor) were altered so that one could change files and directories without closing and reopening it, it would be much more useful as the (almost) full-blown stand-alone EA Editor it really is now. ("Almost" because it uses a general FM/2 DLL and the Directory Walker to set User Directories.)

This would allow the user to go through a set of files and edit the EAs of each in turn. This is an ability that no current app of which I am aware has, and is one for which many have wished for quite a few years now.

Any features to enhance batch abilities would be gravy.
