Startup parameters suggestion improvements

• Improve the text to explain more clearly the function of each button in the message box.
• Improve the readability of the text (and possibly avoid some text truncation experienced by some) by appending 2 carriage returns to the end of the text (to put a blank line between the text and the buttons).
• Make the "No" and "Cancel" buttons work as described in the text of the message box.
• Improve the reliability of updating the parameters by using object id's (which rarely change) instead of object titles (which users can easily change).
