Display 2-digit months and days for dates

Description
In archive containers and in Details view of directories and the collector, the months and days from 1 to 9 are displayed with a single digit. The dates would be easier to read if they all used the same number of digits (i.e. 2 each).

This issue appears to be more of an OS/2 Locale issue than an issue how of FM/2 is coded.
