Reposition scrollbar

Description
One of the nice features of DirMaster is the scrollbar for the lefthand container is on the rightside and the scrollbar for the righthand container is on the leftside. Depending upon the width of the application window this can cutdown cursor movement considerably when you need to scroll the other container.

I don't see an easy solution, because FM/2 allows more then two windows. Moreover, two windows are arranged here not side by side but vertically.
