Description
Include ability to select default tool, paths for tools and possibly command line switches.

I have eliminated the default menu choice and now gray out items where the partitioning tool is not available in the path. I think this is a satisfactory alternative to a notebook page.

Have FM2 detect LVM info on partition and gray out menu items appropriate.
