Description
- Correct/improve the "all" and "dist" targets so they work as expected and do not skip files which need processing.
- Reduce "clutter" in build output by, among other things, eliminating or reducing the amount of "header" output.
- Improve ReleaseTool and ReleaseEdit to make them faster and more user-friendly (fewer pauses, improved option 0 (shell cmd line) and option 20 (set next version))
