Support archivers whose list commands do not provide useable start/end of list strings.

Description
The TAR achiver list command simply lists the files in TAR/TAR.GZ/TAR.BZ2 archives. There is no preamble or anything else to use as a start of list (or end of list) string.
Currently the only way to support TAR is by using a CMD file which writes artificial start and end of list strings.
