Drive tree container tends to scroll to the right

Description
The drive tree container tends to scroll to the right without obvious user interaction. This is probaby a side effect of automatically opening subfolders or following the current directory container.
One fix for this is to adjust the scroller to show as much of the pathname as possible each time the user selects a directory.
