Change the default setting for a Netdrive partition - NDFS32

Description
Because this file system can slow FM/2 down to a crawl and even lock it when accessed through FM/2, I suggest the following drive flags be made as default for this type of drive.
In addition to virtual drive being checked, other flags should be considered to speed up the drive access. I have attached a picture showing what I use and what I think the default drive flags should be for this drive.

Since Netdrive has multiple different plugin with varying performance. I think it would be better to add this in the help file and not set it by default.
