Add horizontal scroll bar to internal viewer

Description

Make the bar is present when unwrapped text is loaded and is not present for wrapped tex and hex.

Give it the same behavior as the internal viewer, ticket 104.

It has always had one the problem was the word wrap toggle was buried on a sub menu of the configure menu.
