Multiple directory containers don't maintain window order on reopening.
I see that FM2 does not retain adjusted window order very well. If I
open two dir containers (files to me) and adjust them to my liking,
cascaded much like the FS2 default and then close/restart. The last
active is always restarted in the background. Then I move the two so the
opposite is on top and restart again. And again, the last background
window is the topmost. Autotile options are off.

This information is saved somewhere already. The pattern is consistent the container that has focus on close is always the last (bottom right) container on reopen.
