    33Does it boot successfully if you comment CACHEF32.EXE out? By the chance, didn't you forgot to put QEMUIMG.DLL in \os2\dll? It will not start without it.

     5PS: Is there any harderrors in popuplog.os2 regarding cachef32.exe during te boot?
