    11According to your log, HISTDQ67.BK! is successfully closed, and then HISTDQ67 is explicitly deleted. I no more see FS_MOVE failing to rename HISTDQ67.BK! to HISTDQ67. So, the error looks to be fixed. The only thing I don't understand is why it deletes HISTDQ67 in the end.
