Please, take your f32mon.exe log. 2 2 3 PS: I'll need the logging output taken when you insert the USB stick. Most probaably, after reboot your fat32.log will be zero size, because your machine was hanged + a hard reboot. In this case you'll need to have a COM port, a null-modem cable and another machine with terminal emulator attached.
