Description

Due to changes in release plan (prior to fork), this was to have been 2.0 of eFTE. Ultimately, the initial release of this forked version became 1.0 of eFTE/2. Help file needs to be corrected to reflect that.

Also copyright in help file is listed as 2011 Gregg Young, while README2 indicates version 1.0, copyright 2009-2013. Help lists other copyrights which do not match with README2.
